Abstract/Summary

This report includes information for cave sites registered by the British Geological Survey (BGS) since the publication of: A register of Nottingham’s caves, in 1989. Some sites have been visited by BGS staff; most have been reported to BGS by companies and researchers working in the Nottingham area. Where plans or sketches of cave sites have been supplied or created these are included in the archives of materials held by BGS and are indicated as being held in BGS in brackets after the source description: (BGS). The information has been incorporated into a database of the registered cave sites.
