Revised data management plan: deliverable 7.3

The PLAN-B Data Management Plan (DMP) provides information relating to the management and processing of data that are produced and collected throughout the project, together with the measures for making these data Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable (FAIR). It facilitates PLAN-B project management, consideration of Ethical requirements and the development of the project’s Plan for Dissemination and Exploitation, including Communication Measures (DEC Plan). The PLAN-B DMP is a living document. As a part of the ongoing update, this is the revised version of the PLAN-B DMP, submitted at M24 (31/12/2025). The subsequent updates will be provided by M48 at the end of the project. This revised DMP builds upon the work carried out during the first 24 months of the project. In this updated version, the DMP has been revised to align with the project’s current progress, reflecting the evolution of individual tasks, the generation of new datasets, and the refinement of data management procedures. It provides an updated overview of data collection, processing, storage, and sharing practices to ensure coherence with the project’s operational and ethical framework. Additionally, measures to ensure compliance with the GDPR and other relevant regulations were refined, where necessary, and implemented. The DMP includes information on: • the handling of research data during and after the end of the project; • what data will be collected, processed and/or generated; • which methodology and standards will be applied; • whether data will be shared/made open access and; • how data will be curated and preserved (including after the end of the project). This deliverable (Deliverable 7.3 of the PLAN-B project) is based on the Horizon Europe generic template for DMPs.
