This report describes the method used to spatially disaggregate the emissions and removals in the Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) sector to enable the compilation of LULUCF estimates for Local Authorities (LAs) as part of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero's assistance to LAs in tracking progress on decarbonisation.
