Abstract
This report develops a decision framework to attribute the likelihood of 'adverse condition' of a site being due to nitrogen deposition, based on information on national N deposition data relative to critical load thresholds, and data/information at site-level. The report consists of a main report, three annexes and a working spreadsheet.
