Abstract

This account outlines the geology of 1:10 000 Sheet SE 22 NE. The sheet is available as an uncoloured dye-line map on which the map details are supplemented by marginal notes. including a generalized vertical section and skeleton information on the more important shaft and borehole sections. Four environmental maps accompany the geological sheet. They illustrate: (i) Distribution of Made Ground; rii) Distribution of drift deposits; (iii) Con~tructional m~terials resourcas; and (iv) Underground mining.
