Abstract/Summary
The need to harness the strength of a growing Category 2 network has been highlighted at UNESCO. This policy brief presents a proposal to take that forward, building on the framework set out in the UKNC's first policy brief, "Improving UNESCO's Category 2 Centre network" from July 2012.
