Abstract

Mobile field software for collecting structure (currently building) inventory and damage ratings pre and post earthquake. This is built on OpenSource software (MapWindowGIS and MySQLite) to ensure free and open access to organisations such as the Earthquake Engineering Field Investigation Team and Earthquake Engineering Research Institute.
