Abstract/Summary

This compilation consists of a series of hypertext-linked files. The files cover a variety of geological and stratigraphical topics relating to the Upper Silurian Ludlow Series in its type area, including chronostratigraphy, geochronology, holostratigraphy, lithostratigraphy, methods of correlation (biostratigraphy, bentonites, chemostratigraphy), and descriptions of important sections.
