Abstract
This report is the published product of ongoing evaluation, acquisition and application of satellite imagery by the British Geological Survey (BGS) for the purposes of the IGS(N) mapping programme, Public Understanding of Science (PUS), marketing etc. The imagery was purchased by the Remote Sensing Section on behalf of several IGS(N) projects and processing was carried out to their specific requirements.
