This report arises from a 1-year data integration project commissioned by the National Capability for UK Challenges (NC-UK) programme, focussing on the ultimate goal of a place-based digital twin for Windermere under the Windermere Water Quality Digital Shadow project. It includes an account of the stakeholder engagement workshop held on 6 November 2025.
