Abstract
A compilation of existing sub-surface temperature,
heat flow and geochemical data relevant to
an assessment of the geothermal potential of the
land area of the UK is presented in the form of
tables and maps. The methods of collection and
the criteria used for selecting and classifying
data are described. No attempt is made to
interpret the data which are intended to form the
basis for further investigation.
