Abstract/Summary

Meeting report. The Spring Meeting of the British Bryological Society 7-12 April 2016 was based in Llandrindod Wells. It was well attended, with 43 bryologists and 3 spouses. On the excursions, members recorded an average of 152 species per hectad in 14 hectads. The number of vice-county records was low, but the rediscovery of Bryum kunzei on Stanner Rocks after a gap of 100 years was notable.
