Hydrometric data: taking the long view

This one day meeting was held to
celebrate 30 years of the National River Flow
Archive (NRFA) and National Groundwater Level
Archive (NGLA) and hosted at the Centre for
Ecology & Hydrology (CEH) in Wallingford on 22 October 2013. The aim of the meeting was to review the achievements
of the archives and the exploitation of their rich
hydrological data resource, in addition to discussing
future developments. The meeting was relevant
to hydrometric data managers, the research
community and hydrological practitioners, and
proved very popular, with over 120 delegates
attending from a variety of organisations, including
some NRFA and IH alumni.
