Abstract
Details are given of rare and interesting bryophytes found in Britain and Ireland during 2008-9. The most remarkable records are of Schistidium pruinosum in Derbyshire and Grimmia arenaria at 530-666 m altitude on metal-rich screes in the Lake District.
