Abstract/Summary

The South Humberside Project was funded directly by the Department of the Environment. Its aims were to produce a series of maps and accompanying report for the planning authorities, giving guidance on the geological and geotechnical conditions that might affect the siting of large scale future development in the region and describing the relevant characteristics fo the geological strata.
